Business Support Coordinator - Winchester - £28k-£28.5k (DOE) Are you a highly organised and proactive professional looking for your next exciting opportunity? We're partnering with a well-established Wealth Management firm in the heart of Winchester to find an exceptional Business Support Coordinator to join their welcoming and professional team. This is a pivotal role within the team. You will be the glue that holds the team together, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding client service. What You'll Be Doing Diary & Meeting Management - Organising schedules and appointments for IFAs Client Case Preparation - Ensuring files are ready for Advisor presentations Database & Records Management - Keeping everything up-to-date and accurate Client Communications - Updating clients on progress and policy valuations Reception & Front Desk Duties - Welcoming and hosting clients with professionalism Call & Mail Handling - Managing incoming/outgoing calls and correspondence Office & Facility Management - Keeping things running smoothly, from supplies to supplier coordinationWhat We're Looking For At least 3 years of experience in a similar role Highly organised with strong attention to detail Tech-savvy.
