Our client, a large business based on the outskirts of Ipswich, are currently recruiting for a Business Support Executive to strengthen their team. They are looking for a detail-oriented and well organised person looking to work within the business development department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Social media/website support
* Administration support
* Event support and planning
* Client research and client visits – building profiles in targeted markets
* Liaising with chosen charities and maintaining communication
* Speaking with customers/clients via telephone
* Managing diaries of directors
Previous Skills & Experience:
* Strong admin skills
* Marketing/social media experience
* High level of confidence and strong character
* Event planning experience
* Construction industry knowledge (desirable)
* Diary management experience
* Experience updating a sales pipeline
* Microsoft office and outlook experience
