Job Description

We are currently looking for experienced Administrators to join our client, Sefton Council as a Business Support Minute Taker. We are looking for Administrators with a minimum of 6 months experience within an administrative environment who are looking to develop their professional career within a Local Authority environment. Main Responsibilities * To attend Strategy Meetings and any other meetings when necessary and to act as minute taker where appropriate. * To type formal reports, letters, memos, and any other appropriate correspondence * To type formal reports, letters, memos, and any other appropriate correspondence * To maintain appropriate records of work undertaken and to comply with required administrative procedures, particularly the liaison with other agencies * To undertake reception duties on behalf of the of the Cared for Teams and Young Persons Team * To organise the collation and filing of reports, files, registers, and any other appropriate records in relation to the work of the Cared for Teams and Young Persons Team Requirements * 6 months’ experience of providing administrative support within an office-based environment within the UK * Extensive minute taking experience - Minumum 50 WPM * Eligibility to work in the UK Benefits * Your own experienced consultant managing your job search * Administration & Business Support positions available across the U.K. * Simple registration process * Professional development and training * Weekly or monthly payment options available * Referral Scheme The Client This Local Authority is committed to supporting their employees throughout their employment.
