Legal Support Officer
Bootle
Contract
£14.52 per hour
Our client is looking for an experienced Legal Support Officer.
• Work alongside Family Justice Development Manager (Kelly Hodgson) to track court directions and actions to ensure adherence with Court Orders.
• Organise, attend and minute Legal Planning Meetings for children in care proceedings – initial, midpoint and final based on court dates and directions.
• Take accurate minutes of legal meetings held
• Update and maintain trackers in relation to children in PLO and care proceedings.
• Organise weekly legal gateway panel and schedule six weekly PLO reviews
• Track decisions made at review panel and ensured they come back on date agreed.
• Draft pre proceedings letters to parents for PLO agreed at panel – liaise with Rachel, SW and TM for date of meeting. Send draft letters with blank PLO plan and other docs to TM and SW to take out.
• Prepare reports for Management as required
