Job Description
Business / Systems Improvement Analyst – Prestigious Client
Reputable within their sector, my client continues to build upon their excellent market position and are currently going through an exciting period of Business Change and IT Transformation, including the implementation of key business solutions.
Resultantly, we are looking to recruit an established Business / Systems Improvement Analyst to form a crucial bridge between key business users, department leads and technical teams to embed and develop such solutions.
Typical duties include the following:
* AS-IS and TO-BE evaluations throughout
* Arrange / manage workshops
* Process flows / User Stories
* Document findings and communicate them to the relevant third parties / colleagues
* Work closely with the relevant business users and IT teams to identify and discuss potential system enhancements and corrections
* Manage expectations of key stakeholders
* Assist in the UAT process to ensure that new features are successfully implemented
* Training staff in how to use the new systems
* Point of contact for system-related queries and training needs.
