The Role
As a B2B Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving event revenue through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic account management.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Selling a full range of event participation, exhibition, and sponsorship packages.
* Managing both warm and cold sales opportunities to generate new business.
* Nurturing and growing long-term relationships with existing clients.
* Working from both inbound leads and self-sourced prospects.
* Representing the brand at UK and international trade events, networking and developing partnerships face-to-face.
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets through consultative, solution-based selling.
About You
You’ll be a motivated, confident communicator with a proven record in B2B sales, ideally within the events, exhibitions, media, or hospitality sectors. You’ll thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and creating value for clients.
You’ll bring:
* Previous experience in a B2B sales or account management role
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach
* Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing
* Confidence to attend trade shows, network, and present to senior decision makers
* Self-motivation and resilience in both warm and cold sales environments
* A willingness to travel nationally and internationally
