Role Overview
The successful candidate will join the production team as a skilled Butcher, contributing to the efficient processing and preparation of meat products to high standards.This is a temporary role until the end of February.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out butchery tasks using knives and other equipment safely and effectively

Prepare and process meat products to required specifications
*
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and workplace safety
*
Work as part of a production team to meet deadlines and targets
Requirements

Knife skills (essential)
*
Previous experience working in a butchers, fish factory, or meat-handling role
*
Factory/production experience (desirable)
*
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Attention to detail and commitment to quality
