Location: Dudley
Pay Rates: £13.00 - £19.50 (Dependent on skill level)
Shift Pattern: 06:00 - 15:30 (Level of flexibility required)
We are looking for experienced and reliable Butchers to join our clients growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled professionals who take pride in their craft and want long-term, stable employment.
What you'll be doing:
Cutting, deboning, and preparing carcasses to required specifications
Dressing and trimming carcasses to a high standard
Maintaining speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Following strict hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in butchery (carcass cutting & deboning lamb)
Confident working with precision and efficiency
Reliable, hardworking, and consistent in performance
Able to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality
