Construction Buyer (Tadworth, Surrey)
I’m currently recruiting for a Construction Buyer to join a prestigious high-end residential developer based in Tadworth. This is an exciting opportunity for a Construction Buyer who wants to work on some of the most exclusive properties in the UK. If you’re a Construction Buyer with a passion for delivering luxury projects and the ambition to grow, this could be the perfect move. The role is ideally suited to a Construction Buyer with experience in residential construction procurement, and I’m looking to speak with a Construction Buyer who has at least two years of relevant industry experience.

The Role
*
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director
*
Managing the procurement process for materials and subcontract packages
*
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
*
Negotiating competitive rates and ensuring best value without compromising on quality
*
Monitoring supply chain performance and ensuring timely delivery of materials to site
What We’re Looking For
*
Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Buyer in construction (main contractor or developer)
*
Strong negotiation and communication skills
*
Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and cost control
*
An ambitious character who’s eager to progress within a growing business
