About the Role:
Our client is on the search for a Buyer with experience within the groundwork and RC Frame industry. The individual will be responsible for cost management which includes budgeting for materials and negotiating competitive prices. Cost management involves the ability to monitor and control costs throughout the process. The candidate must have negotiation skills as the role involves negotiating with suppliers to agree prices, quantities, delivery schedules and exclusivity deals. It will be your responsibility to research new markets, products and manufacturing processes as well as identifying quality standards and ensuring that all products meet those standards. The candidate will also be involved in collating customer feedback from new and existing clients.
About the Requirements
* Experience as a Materials Buyer withing the RC Frame and Groundworks industry
* Ability to commute to Surrey and surrounding areas
* Must be able to demonstrate job loyalty/stability
About the Package
Salary is negotiable, depending on the experience of the identical, this will range between £40,000- £60,000. Our client is open to considering candidates on PAYE or self-employed basis. Targeted related bonuses and other benefits will also be discussed at the point of interviewBefore You Apply
