Job Description
We are working on behalf of a world-class, multichannel marketing services business to recruit a new member of their procurement team. This role offers the opportunity to support a wide range of internal departments and external clients across diverse and exciting projects.
We’re ideally looking for an experienced buyer with broad knowledge across POS, digital and litho printing, branded merchandise, and personalised marketing collateral. A strong track record in sourcing and negotiating within these areas is preferred, but applicants with relevant transferable skills will also be considered.
Excellent communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, commercially astute, and detail-oriented, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Key responsibilities include:

Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers across the specified markets

Delivering cost savings and value-added solutions while preserving brand integrity

Collaborating with leading brands on high-profile campaigns

Reviewing procurement activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

Conducting market analysis, research, and benchmarking, with a focus on trends and innovation

Providing expert supply chain support across the organisation

Maintaining accurate procurement data and reporting

Managing and developing the approved supplier database
