Key duties and responsibilities:
- Independently manage the procurement process for housing developments.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.

- Utilise "COINS" software for efficient procurement and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and inventory.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
