Construction Buyer – £50K – Enfield
Family-Run High-End Residential & Commercial Contractor
Urgent Requirement – Office-Based, Mon–Fri
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run construction business turning over £15m annually. Specialising in high-end residential projects with some commercial work, they are looking for an experienced Buyer to join their team in Enfield.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for administering the purchase of all materials across their sites, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement. This is an office-based position (5 days per week), with scope to grow into a more strategic role focused on cost savings and supplier negotiation.
Key Requirements:

Previous experience as a Buyer in construction

Strong knowledge of building materials

Confident communicator with suppliers

Able to work full-time in Enfield
