Buyer – Head Office, Plymouth

About the Role This is a key opportunity to manage and develop our customer offer. Working closely with the Head of Buying, you’ll build strong supplier relationships and drive value across a diverse category.
Key Responsibilities
Maximise sales, margin, and profitability
Lead supplier negotiations and range reviews
Implement product strategy aligned with customer needs
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Ensure strong product availability and quality through cross-functional collaboration
Ideal Candidate
Experienced retail buyer, ideally from a fast-paced environment with both store and online presence
Commercially savvy with strong market awareness
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
Proactive, reliable, and a strong communicator
Skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders
