Must Have’s
* Strong IT and administration skills – Excel is key! You’ll be using this a lot!
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service focus
* Experience working in an admin role would be great!
* Attention to detail, organisational skills, and a methodical approach
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow established processes
Nice to have’s
* Basic understanding of trading and commercial environments
* Previous experience as a Trading Coordinator or similar
* Knowledge of Foodservice, FMCG, or related sectors
* Passion for food, nutrition, allergen info, and food safety
So what will you be doing?
* Supporting the buying team to meet business, revenue, and margin targets
* Organising and reporting on new product listings, promotions, and supplier activations
* Managing product pricing, set-ups, de-lists, and promotional funding
* Handling invoice queries, aged debt, and supplier questions
* Collaborating with Marketing to collect supplier assets on time
* Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory and security standards
* Promoting a positive, customer-focused culture and commitment to ESG and food safety
* Reporting any product safety, quality, or integrity concerns promptly
* Contributing to Health & Safety best practices and a safe workplace
