Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture high-quality furniture and joinery in accordance with detailed design specifications.

Select and work with a wide range of timber, ensuring appropriate treatment and finishing techniques are applied.

Operate various woodworking tools and machinery to achieve precise cuts, joints, and finishes.
*
Collaborate with the design team to bring bespoke furniture concepts to life.
*
Maintain a tidy and safe workshop environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
*
Inspect and carry out repairs to furniture as required, ensuring all pieces meet quality standards.
*
Contribute positively to a cooperative and supportive team culture.
Candidate Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, Cabinet Maker, or in a similar woodworking role.
*
Competence in using a broad range of woodworking machinery and hand tools.
*
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing work of the highest quality.
*
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
*
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
*
Sound knowledge of timber types and their characteristics.
*
Strong work ethic and reliability, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
*
A team player with excellent communication skills.
*
Experience with custom or bespoke furniture projects would be an advantage.
