Cabinet Maker – Join a Skilled Workshop Team in North Cornwall (Permanent Position)
£15.00–£17.00 per hour | Full-time | North Cornwall
Are you a talented Cabinet Maker with a passion for craftsmanship and high-quality joinery? We’re partnering with a well-established and growing workshop in North Cornwall that’s looking for a skilled maker to join their friendly, quality-focused team.
This is a permanent role offering the chance to work on beautiful, design-led interiors for luxury residential properties. If you’re experienced, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a down-to-earth team that values collaboration and precision—this could be your ideal next move.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Taking full ownership of your own projects, working from detailed 3D design drawings (Inventor)
* Selecting timber and managing builds from start to finish
* Crafting bespoke cabinetry and fine furniture to the highest standards
* Collaborating with the design team for seamless room-to-room integration
* Using a range of woodworking machines and hand tools
* Keeping your workspace tidy, organised, and safe
* Maintaining top-tier accuracy, finish, and quality throughout
What We’re Looking For:
* A motivated, skilled cabinet maker who can work independently
* Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
* Proven ability to read and work from technical and 3D CAD drawings
* Comfortable with various wood types, finishes, and construction techniques
* Strong communicator with a positive, team-first attitude
Preferred Background:
* Solid experience in cabinet making, joinery, or fine woodworking
* Previous involvement in high-end or bespoke residential projects
* Experience working from CAD/3D models (Inventor knowledge a bonus)
* Based in or willing to relocate to beautiful North Cornwall
