Job Description
We’re hiring for a Cabinet Maker to join a forward-thinking manufacturing team based at a modern facility in Salford, Greater Manchester. You’ll be part of a dedicated team responsible for designing and installing bespoke fit-outs, ensuring every build is completed to the highest standard.
This is a full-time permanent role working in a modern, well-equipped workshop environment, offering long-term opportunities for someone with a hands-on background in assembly, fabrication, or technical fitting.

* £30,000 per annum
* Quarterly bonus scheme
* 37.5-hour week (day shifts) over 4 or 5 days per week
* Overtime available at 1.5x

What will you be doing as a Cabinet Maker?
* Designing and installing cabinetry, fixtures, and fittings in bespoke vehicle builds
* Completing mechanical assembly and installation work using a range of materials
* Using workshop machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
* Collaborating with the auto-electrical team to ensure smooth integration of systems
* Checking stock levels and requesting parts or materials when required
* Completing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and other workshop documentation
* Carrying out repairs or upgrades on existing vehicles
What do you need?
* Experience using workshop machinery and power tools
* Confident working with wood, metal, and composite materials
* Background in fabrication, joinery, or vehicle fitting
* Auto-electrical knowledge is beneficial
* Ability to install fixtures and fittings accurately and safely
* Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail
