Skilled Cabinet Maker (Portsmouth Area) – £16–18 per hour + Overtime
About the Role
An established luxury furniture workshop in Portsmouth is looking for a talented Cabinet Maker to join its experienced production team.
You’ll be working on bespoke, high-end cabinetry and joinery projects – ranging from premium residential pieces to specialist furniture – crafted with precision and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
* Interpret and work from detailed manufacturing drawings and technical specifications
* Build bespoke cabinetry and fitted interiors to the highest standard
* Manage multiple projects whilst maintaining deadlines and exceptional quality
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent craftsmanship across all projects
What We’re Looking For
* At least 2 years’ experience in bespoke, high-end cabinet making or joinery (furniture, yacht interiors, or similar settings would be ideal)
* Genuine passion for craftsmanship with a meticulous eye for detail
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads effectively
* Good communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach
