Cable Assembly Technician Duties: Precision Cable Assembly – Assemble electrical looms and harnesses from drawings and technical instructions with great accuracy and care. Collaborative Work – Work alongside the design and production teams to help build electro-mechanical sub-systems and prototype units. Technical Engagement – Use Bills of Materials (BoMs) and wiring diagrams to select correct components and manage electrical stock where needed. Strive for Excellence – Support the team in meeting production targets and maintaining exceptional quality standards. Problem Solving – Apply logical thinking and hands-on techniques to spot, diagnose, and resolve issues with components and builds. Cable Assembly Technician Profile You’ll be dexterous, with great hand/eye coordination and a sharp eye for detail. You have well-developed people skills and can take instruction while contributing positively to the team. You might be early in your career or already have some assembly experience, but most of all, you bring energy, enthusiasm, and the drive to learn.
