We are recruiting for Cable Harness Assemblers to join a growing marine business.
Full training is provided - ideal for candidates looking to develop new skills and grow within a production environment.
What you'll be doing:
Building and assembling cable harnesses for unmanned marine vessels
Using hand tools, crimping tools, and other assembly equipment
Following detailed assembly instructions and processes
Ensuring high quality, accurate, and consistent assembly work
What we're looking for:
Previous assembly experience preferred, ideally from a manufacturing or production environment - however as full training is provided this isn't essential
Methodical, dependable, and hardworking approach
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
Hours: 40 hours per week (opportunities for 60+ hours as production increases)
Pay: PAYE - £12.54/h plus £1.51 holiday pay or Umbrella co - £16.80/h
The current contract is running until end of February 2026 but there is strong possibility of the work continuing well into 2026 based on the successful delivery of the current demandDo not include the following in your job application, CV, or cover letter:
