Job Description
Jointing Supervisor – LV/HV Networks
If you're an experienced Cable Jointer with supervisory experience—or a senior Jointer ready to step up—this is a chance to lead field teams and drive safety, quality, and performance across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Supervise LV/HV jointing and connection activities
*
Plan, allocate, and audit work across multiple teams
*
Perform LV testing, switching, and energisation (if authorised)
*
Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation (SORN/SAN)
*
Lead safety briefings and ensure work meets all DNO/IDNO standards
*
Resolve on-site issues efficiently
Requirements:
*
City & Guilds 2304 (or equivalent) qualified Cable Jointer
*
Experience leading jointing teams on DNO/IDNO networks
*
NRSWA Supervisor certification
*
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel in the South East
