Job Description
Cable Jointers Mate
Location: The head office base in Knowsley, Liverpool. There will be a requirement to travel to various site locations
Salary: £33,150 per annum + Excellent Benefits!
Contract: Full time, Permanent.
Hours: 37.5 Hours (8am - 4pm)

We are now recruiting for a skilled and experienced Jointers Mate, working as part of a team you will assist the Jointer on various tasks!
In addition to this, as our Cable Jointers Mate you will be responsible for:
* Assisting with Jointing and Terminations connections
* Assisting with Connections to substations
* Cable laying
* Assisting in fault finding
* Efficient use of materials
* Supporting the completion of risk assessment.
* Maintaining safe working practice and accurate records
* Assisting adhering to IQA, Client and DNO Safety Rules
* Ensuring safety from the system for IQA personnel, members of the public and other companies
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
* Current driving licence
* Site Safety Certificate
* Jointers Mate Qualification
* (ACCOMP) – desirable
* Excellent problem-solving skill and attention to detail
