Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a CAD/CAM TECHNICIAN with experience of RADAN software to join the team of a successful and well established sheet metal processing business situated just off the M5 near Worcester.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Salary will depend entirely on experience and will be discussed at interview.
As a CAD/CAM TECHNICIAN you will find yourself involved in:
* Off line cad/cam work using RADAN software
* Working to customer specifications
* Programming for cnc pressbrakes and punch presses
* Producing programs from 3D CAD models
* Converting 2D drawings into 3D
* Liaising directly with customer
* Supporting a busy workshop producing bespoke one off and short production runs
This CAD/CAM TECHNICIAN position will ideally suit someone with previous experience of programming using RADAN software ideally for cnc punch presses, cnc pressbrakes or any other sheet metal processing machinery.
