Job Description
CAD Programmer
Bradford
Hours: 39 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm Friday: 6:30am - 2:00pm Pay: £14.20 per hour
The Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our clients team in a permanent role involving CAD programming, production support and quality inspection.
Full training will be provided. Once trained, the successful candidate will be expected to work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
Key Duties
Programming using AutoCAD 2D
Using optimisation and other software applications
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Accurately using a tape measure and taking measurements
Carrying out quality inspections
Manual handling as required
Working independently once fully trained
Working effectively as part of the wider team
Following company procedures and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
Skills & Attributes
Be comfortable working with computers and learning new software
Have good attention to detail
Be confident working with measurements and technical drawings
Be reliable and willing to learn
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Have a practical, methodical approach to their work
Previous AutoCAD or programming experience would be beneficial; however, full training will be provided. HMIND INDHMBefore You Apply
