CAD Technician / Designer (Glazing / Facade)
£42,000 - £48,000 + 12 Month Contract + Training + 25 days holiday + Christmas Shutdown + Mon - Fri + Award Winning Company

Are you a CAD Technician with experience in glazing or facades looking to join a company where you will be given the opportunity to manage a product from concept all the way through to creation along with a team of experienced designers, with the opportunity for ongoing training?
Do you want to work for a company that are market leaders in the architectural and structural glazing industry, creating custom facades and structures for million-pound homes, taking on an independent role in the process?

They are looking for a candidate with experience in the glazing sector, as well as the confidence to handle projects independently from concept to creation.
The Role:
Liaising with the sales team to co-ordinate the hand over of jobs and information packages
Use CAD software to generate accurate and precise technical drawings
Review and modify existing drawings
Design of bespoke architectural glazing, facades and structuresThe Person:
Experienced in CAD design in a similar role
Proficient in AutoCAD, Inventor or other packages
