CAD Technician Salary & Benefits
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

CAD Technician Job Overview
Producing detailed and accurate CAD drawings for internal approval and client submissions
Collaborating closely with the project management and installation teams to ensure feasibility and technical accuracy
Assisting with project estimations and providing detailed technical documentation for quotations and tenders
Liaising directly with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure designs meet client requirements and specifications
Continuously updating drawings and designs as per project changes or client feedback
Maintaining accurate project records and ensuring effective communication within the project lifecycle
CAD Technician Job Requirements
Proven CAD Technician experience within the construction, storage, fit-out, or partitioning sectors preferred
Proficient in AutoCAD, with additional knowledge of other design software beneficial
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members
Strong organisational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
Competent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
Full UK driving licence advantageous but not essential
