Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day running of the café, serving tea, coffee, cakes and sandwiches
Take responsibility for opening and closing duties
Maintain a clean, welcoming café environment for friends and families to enjoy
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure food safety standards are upheld
What we're looking for
Experience as a Cafe Manager/ Leader or similar role in hospitality
A friendly, organised, and customer-focused approach
Strong knowledge of barista coffee preparation and food safety
Ability to motivate and support a small, close-knit team
