Job Description
CAFM Administrator – Salisbury (SP4)
Competitive Hourly Rate | Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours per Week | On-Site
We are looking for an experienced CAFM Administrator to join a site-based team in Salisbury (SP4). The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Maximo or similar CAFM systems and an understanding of asset management processes.
The Role:
*
Day-to-day management of the CAFM system (Maximo), ensuring accurate data entry and updates
*
Supporting asset management processes, including logging and updating asset information
*
Raising, closing and tracking work orders and PPM schedules
*
Providing system reports and performance data to support contract delivery
*
Liaising with engineers, managers and clients to ensure smooth workflow and compliance
Requirements:
*
Experience using CAFM systems, ideally Maximo
*
Understanding of asset management within a facilities management environment
*
Strong administrative and organisational skills
*
Confident using IT systems with excellent attention to detail
*
Ability to pass a security clearance check (SC clearance desirable but not essential)
