Call Centre Associates - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Location: Glasgow Hourly Rate: £12.60 Start Dates: 4th & 11th August 2025 Interview Weeks: Commencing 21st July & 28th July Working Arrangement: On-site, full-time, Must be able to work weekends We are currently seeking Call Centre Associates to join a well-established and reputable client on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your professional skills within a structured, process-driven environment, supporting a high-performing team in delivering exceptional customer service. Role Overview As a Call Centre Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality transactional and administrative support within a contact centre setting. You will be responsible for processing a variety of routine tasks and enquiries in accordance with agreed procedures, maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
