Role: Call Handler
Salary: £25,000 (Pro Rata)
Contract: 4 month contract initially
Location: Nantwich CW5 - Hybrid (3 days Office and 2 days WFH)
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm
We are recruiting for a market leading organisation based in Nantwich who are looking for someone to join their vibrant team initially on a 4 month FTC.
Role:
* High volume of calls to new/existing business customers
* Aiming to get the customers signed up to VIP events at luxury locations
* Building rapport with customers
* Using Salesforce CRM
* Carrying out follow-up calls after the event has taken place to obtain feedback
* Provide a great service to customers
Skills:
* Strong communication
* Excellent organisational and time management
* Experience with CRM systems
* Be able to work independently and as part of a teamBefore You Apply
