✨ Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional reception cover across prestigious corporate sites in London.
Welcome and assist clients, tenants, and visitors with a warm and professional approach.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general reception duties efficiently.
Manage visitor access, uphold security protocols, and maintain a polished reception area.
Support with administrative tasks and occasional event coordination.

Impeccable presentation and a confident, professional demeanor.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Full eligibility to work in the UK.
Flexibility to work across various West London locations.
