Are you a practical, people-focused problem solver who thrives in a hands-on role? We’re seeking a Camp Warden to join a leading UK fresh-produce business and help ensure exceptional living and welfare standards for their seasonal and permanent workforce.
As part of the accommodation and welfare team, you’ll take ownership of site maintenance, compliance, and staff well-being across multiple accommodation facilities – ensuring everything runs safely, smoothly, and to the highest possible standard.
What you’ll be doing
* Inspect and maintain accommodation (caravans, cottages, and communal areas) to ensure safety and cleanliness.
* Deliver quick, high-quality repairs and upkeep of grounds and facilities.
* Support staff welfare – from welcoming new arrivals to resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Help organise on-site welfare activities and respond to health or accident incidents when needed.
* Work closely with management to promote a positive, supportive, and compliant living environment.
What we’re looking for
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Great attention to detail and pride in keeping things running well.
* Calm, practical, and approachable under pressure.
* Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Clean UK driving licence (Category B).
