Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Sourcing and engaging candidates who are passionate about working in education
* Conducting pre-screens and interviews (in person or via MS Teams)
* Writing eye-catching adverts to attract top talent
* Building relationships with colleges and universities to connect with future educators
* Checking documentation and supporting compliance checks to ensure all staff are fully cleared
* Supporting the team in delivering an exceptional recruitment experience
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in education recruitment/resourcing (or similar)
* A solid understanding of education, especially SEND
* Strong compliance knowledge and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and online tools
* Organised, self-motivated, and driven
* A positive team player with a “can-do” attitude
