Capital Works Surveyor - Newcastle Upon Tyne
RG Setsquare are working in partnership with one of the leading Social Housing Organisation based in Newcastle upon Tyne, who are looking to appoint a Capital Works Surveyor to join their Asset & Facilities team. If you are an enthusiastic and personable individual with knowledge and experience of the sector, as well as being able to demonstrate strong knowledge relating to building pathology, this is the role for you.
Your new role as Capital Works Surveyor:
As the Capital Works Surveyor you will be focusing on the company's market rent portfolio, working collaboratively with all stakeholders, identifying, planning and delivering investment programmes, ensuring value for money and quality is achieved.
The Experience Required:
Proven experience in delivery of capital works programmes, project management, and repairs and maintenance. You will have technical knowledge of building pathology and defects, and an in-depth and current knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice relating to property standards.
