The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Car Alarm Installer to join a thriving team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting car alarm systems, GPS tracking devices, and other vehicle security equipment. You will work on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring all installations meet the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Installing automotive alarm systems, immobilisers, GPS tracking units, and other security-related electronics.
Diagnosing and resolving faults with vehicle security systems.
Ensuring all installations are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Testing and calibrating systems to ensure optimal performance.
Providing customers with clear demonstrations and instructions on using their new systems.
Keeping accurate records of installations and services carried out.
Maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in car alarm installation or a similar automotive electronics role.
Strong understanding of vehicle wiring systems and electronic components.
Familiarity with various car alarm brands and installation techniques.
Technical qualifications in automotive electronics (desirable but not essential).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
Full UK driving licence.
