Car Patroller (Peterborough)
Location: Peterborough (or local to another train station on the same LNER trainline)
Employment Options: Full-time / 8hrs per day with 30min break and plenty of chance for rest between train stops
Salary: £26,000 per annum

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer focused Car Patroller to help manage vehicle flow and maintain safety across designated car parks or street zones. You will play a key role in ensuring traffic regulations are upheld delivering courteous service and representing the brand with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities for the Car Patroller (Peterborough):
Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with parking regulations
Issue penalty charge notices PCNs or parking tickets where necessary using handheld devices
Assist the public by offering directions or guidance on parking rules
Report faults in signage equipment or hazards to the appropriate team
Conduct regular patrols to discourage misuse or anti-social behaviour
Maintain accurate records of patrol activity and enforcement actions
Skills and Experience required for the Car Patroller (Peterborough):
Prior experience in a customer service or enforcement role is essential
Strong observational skills with attention to detail
Confident communicator comfortable handling public interactions
Ability to work independently across assigned routes or zones
Basic tech competence such as using handheld devices or apps
Requirements for the Car Patroller (Peterborough) role:
Physical stamina for extended periods of walking or standing
You must live within a commutable distance to the Peterborough train station (or close to another train station on the LNER trainline)
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Happy travelling on the trainline. A maximum of 2hours North of Peterborough, and 1hour South.
