Job Title: Car Sales Executive
Location: Stockport
Salary: £25,000 basic which rises to £28,000 after brand training OTE £55,000+ uncapped
Hours: Day off in the week every week and every other weekend off.
Hawkfield Recruitment is currently working with a brand-new dealership in the Stockport area, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Sales Executive to join their growing team.
This is a rare chance to be part of something bold and innovative, two new automotive brands are being launched at this site, bringing together cutting-edge design, advanced technology, and modern performance.
You’ll play a key role in launching and developing these brands, delivering a fresh and engaging retail experience. The position requires someone who is tech-savvy, confident using digital tools and systems, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Car Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of the business, engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the full process from initial enquiry to handover, ensuring a professional and enjoyable experience throughout.
Requirements for Car Sales Executive:
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Someone with a passion for cars and technology
* Computer Literate
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Car Sales Executive experience in a dealership environment
* Full UK Driving Licence
Key Requirements:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right vehicle.
* Clearly explain the features, benefits, and ownership experience of electric vehicles, including charging, range, and technology.
* Stay informed on the latest EV trends, government incentives, and charging infrastructure to confidently advise customers.
* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using dealership systems.
* Deliver a seamless and premium customer experience at every stage of the sales journey — from initial enquiry to handover and beyond.
* Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and support the overall success of the dealership.
