Perfect for both trainees and experienced sellers who want to accelerate their career in the motor trade.

  * Engineered to sell: New & used vehicles across two respected brands

  * Enhanced handling: Guide customers from first contact to final handover

  * Finance mode: Present and arrange finance (support available as needed)

  * Customer-first suspension: Deliver smooth, enjoyable buying experiences

  * Team traction control: Work alongside a supportive, experienced sales team

🧰 Optional Extras (As Standard!)

  * £20,000 basic + uncapped commission
    Current team earnings: £50k–£60k

  * Company car + fuel card (no restrictions)

  * Mon–Fri: 08:00–17:30 (one day to 18:00)

  * Saturday: 08:45–17:00

  * Sunday: 10:00–16:00 (1 in 3 rota)
