Our client, a well-established and rapidly expanding prestige car dealership in Coventry, is seeking a Car Sales Executive to join their dedicated team. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Car Sales Executive who has a passion for luxury vehicles and providing exceptional customer service. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving consistent sales performance within a high-profile environment.

Handling customer enquiries from various channels, including showroom walk-ins, online platforms (Auto Trader Group, Carwow), and marketing initiatives
Providing an engaging, consultative sales experience tailored to clientele seeking luxury vehicles
Arranging and conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Negotiating sales and closing deals in line with dealership targets
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the dealership’s luxury vehicle stock
Completing all relevant sales documentation following compliance standards
Developing long-term relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referralsRequirements:

Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive, preferably within prestige or luxury vehicle sales
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
Professional presentation suited to a luxury showroom setting
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
