We are recruiting for a Car Sales Executive on behalf of our esteemed client in Hayle.

Benefits:

Basic salary up to £25,000, depending on experience
Uncapped OTE of approximately £45,000
Commission structure rewarding performance
Five-day working week, including Saturdays, with a flexible rota
Opportunity to sell new and used vehicles, including expanding non-franchise sales
Structured working hours from 0900 to 1800
Supportive team environment with clear career progression pathwaysResponsibilities:

The Car Sales Executive will engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
Sell both new and used vehicles, maintaining high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to vehicle handover, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the dealership’s overall success.
Keep up-to-date with the latest models, features, and industry trendsRequirements:

Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a Car Sales Executive position.
Professional attitude combined with enthusiasm for automotive sales and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
