Job Description

Our client, a reputable volume main dealer in Penryn, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. 

This position offers a fantastic platform for experienced motor trade professionals looking to further their careers within a well-established dealership. As a Sales Executive, you will contribute to delivering outstanding customer service whilst maximising sales opportunities across both new and approved used vehicles.

Competitive basic salary of £18,000 per annum
Uncapped commission structure with an OTE of up to £45,000
Full-time position with flexible hours Monday to Saturday to support customer needs

Engage with customers face-to-face and via online channels, ensuring an exceptional buying experience
Handle showroom visits, telephone enquiries, and digital leads proactively
Prospect for new business through various channels including networking and digital marketing
Conduct test drives to assist customers in selecting their ideal vehicle
Provide expert advice on finance options and arrange Part Exchange valuations
Present attractive vehicle displays to optimise sales opportunities
Maintain high standards of presentation and organisation within the dealership environment
Develop strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referralsRequirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade sector
Positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
Ability to create tailored sales packages to meet individual customer needs
Full UK driving licence is essential
Motivated, target-driven, and committed to achieving sales objectives
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
