We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced New/Used Car Sales Executive to join our client's long-established dealership in Newcastle Emlyn.

Duties of a New/Used Car Sales Executive:
* Drive sales of new and used vehicles and associated products, including accessories, warranties, and finance/insurance packages.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
* Prospect for new customers via telephone, event attendance, and database management.
* Manage customer enquiry records accurately and maintain an organised, professional work environment.
* Promote upcoming products and dealership events to maximise sales opportunities.
* Work towards and exceed set sales targets based on individual and team performance.
* Maintain thorough product knowledge and uphold high standards of dealership presentation and administration.
* Follow compliance procedures and company policies at all times.
Requirements of New/Used Car Sales Executive:
* Recent experience in a car sales role is highly advantageous.
* individuals from targeted sales or customer service backgrounds with a desire to transition into the motor trade will also be considered.
* Excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to sales.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
* Full UK driving licence with minimal points.
* Ability to commute to Newcastle Emlyn within a practical distance.
