Role: Car Sales Executive – New & Used Vehicles
Location: Coventry
Salary: £25,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50,000+)

Hawkfield Recruitment is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a well-established, family-run dealership group based in Coventry.

Our client is looking to add a Car Sales Executive to their successful sales team. Representing multiple automotive brands, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with an excellent reputation, strong footfall, and genuine earning potential.

Whilst previous motor trade experience would be advantageous, our client is also keen to speak with ambitious individuals from a sales or customer service background who are looking to build a long-term career within the automotive industry. Full training

and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Achieve and exceed monthly and annual vehicle sales targets

  * Maximise profitability on every vehicle sale

  * Deliver an exceptional level of customer service throughout the sales process

  * Promote and sell finance, warranties, accessories, and additional products

  * Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

  * Become a brand ambassador with excellent product knowledge across the range

  * Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention

What We're Looking For:

  * Previous automotive sales experience would be advantageous but is not essential

  * Experience within a sales or customer-facing environment

  * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  * Strong motivation and a desire to succeed

  * Professional and customer-focused approach

  * Full UK Driving Licence
