We are working with a reputable automotive dealership in Kings Lynn, Norfolk, to recruit a highly motivated and professional Car Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking to advance their careers within a supportive and well-established environment. The successful individual will play a key role in driving vehicle sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
Benefits of the Car Sales Executive:
Competitive basic salary of £24,000 per annum
OTE of up to £45,000 with achievable sales targets
Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with a dedicated day off during the week
Saturday work from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Sundays on a rota from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm

Provide excellent customer service to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction
Engage with customers to identify their needs and present suitable vehicle options

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Contribute to dealership success through team collaboration and proactive performanceRequirements of the Car Sales Executive:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or a Senior Sales Executive within the motor trade preferred
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
Full valid UK driving licence
