Provide excellent customer service from greeting to vehicle handover
Build rapport with customers and identify their needs
Present suitable vehicle options, explaining features and benefits
Appraise and negotiate used car part exchanges
Organise and conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
Prospect for new customers and manage existing client relationships
Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for inspection
Maintain accurate records using CRM and dealership management systems
Follow dealership sales processes to maximise conversions and customer satisfactionRequirements of the Car Sales Executive: 

Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive or within automotive sales is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for cars and delivering excellent customer service
Confidence and motivation to succeed in a target-driven environment
Full UK driving licence
