Sales Executive – Main Dealer

Seaford Area | £16,500 Basic + Uncapped Commission | OTE £40,000

Are you a driven, customer-focused Sales Executive looking for your next opportunity with an established Main Dealer?

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Executive to join their team in the Seaford area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys engaging with customers both face-to-face and through digital sales platforms.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in driving vehicle sales, building strong customer relationships and delivering an exceptional buying experience from initial enquiry through to handover.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with modern automotive sales channels and, ideally, have experience or a genuine interest in platforms such as Carwow.

Whether you’re an experienced automotive Sales Executive or someone with strong sales experience looking to develop within the motor trade, our client offers full training and support to help you succeed.

What’s on Offer

  * £16,500 basic salary

  * OTE £40,000

  * Uncapped commission – your earning potential is in your hands

  * 5-day working week

  * One weekday off each week

  * No Sundays

  * Bank Holidays on a rota basis

  * 20 days annual holiday + Bank Holidays

  * Full training provided

  * Established Main Dealer environment

Working Hours

  * Monday–Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm

  * Saturday: 8:30am–5:00pm

  * Sunday: Closed

  * 5 days per week, with one weekday off on a rota

We’re looking for someone who is:

  * Naturally confident, personable and professional

  * Passionate about delivering excellent customer service

  * Motivated by targets and uncapped earning potential

  * A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills

  * Comfortable using digital platforms and responding to online enquiries

  * Ideally familiar with platforms such as Carwow

  * Organised, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team

  * Keen to build a successful career within automotive sales
