We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Car Sales Executive in Portsmouth, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to join a reputable prestige dealership within a well-established automotive group. The Car Sales Executive role offers a competitive salary, uncapped commission, and exceptional career progression opportunities.

Car Sales Executive Duties:
  * Achieve and exceed monthly and annual vehicle sales targets
  * Maximise profitability on vehicle sales, including GAP, warranty, and finance products
  * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
  * Develop comprehensive product knowledge covering all models, accessories, and features
  * Act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting the dealership reputation
  * Effectively manage customer appointments, follow-ups, and prospecting to maximise sales opportunities
  * Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures
Requirements:
  * Proven experience in car sales or transferable sales skills
  * Excellent customer service and communication skills
  * Ability to plan and organise self to meet deadlines and sales targets
  * Strong organisational skills to manage customer appointments and follow-ups
  * Initiative and proactive approach to prospecting new customers
  * Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
  * Confidence in product knowledge and industry standards
