Our Client, a leading car manufacturer, are currently looking for a Car Sales Executive to join their business based out of their Toyota Bracknell Dealership.

As a Car Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for engaging with customers, guiding them through the vehicle purchase process, and delivering a premium customer experience. If you’re target-driven and have a passion for cars and customer service, this is the perfect role for you.
Whether you’re an experienced Car Sales Executive or coming from a target-based sales background outside the industry, full manufacturer training will be provided to help you succeed.
About the Role
Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom and by appointment
Discussing customer requirements to recommend suitable vehicles
Presenting finance options, add-ons, and service plans
Handling test drives and follow-ups to secure the sale
Providing a transparent and customer-focused sales experience
Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
Building strong relationships to encourage repeat businessAbout You
Experience in car sales or a target-based sales environment
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Professional, confident, and enthusiastic about cars
Motivated by targets and driven to succeed
A quick learner with a proactive attitude
