Vehicle Sales Executive
Location: Ipswich
Salary: £20,000 basic + uncapped OTE £50,000
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:30am–6pm, Saturdays 8:30am–5pm (with a weekday off) Alternate Sundays 10am–4pm

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an enthusiastic Vehicle Sales Executive to join a high-performing dealership team in the Ipswich area. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Guiding customers through the full vehicle buying journey- online, in person, and by phone
* Matching customers with the right new or used vehicle based on their lifestyle and needs
* Organising and attending test drives
* Providing knowledgeable, transparent advice on products and finance options
* Managing enquiries, quotes, and completing sales paperwork in line with FCA guidelines
* Meeting individual and team sales targets
* Supporting handovers to ensure an exceptional customer experience
* Logging activity and customer notes in the CRM system
What You'll Bring:
* Experience in vehicle sales or another customer-facing role (retail, telesales, etc.)
* A natural ability to build rapport and connect with people
* Confidence working to targets and using CRM/IT systems
* A passion for delivering top-tier service
* A full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years)
